  8.   1.)  Create a directory that will only be used by IconUpDater.
  9.  
  10.        ex.  c:\wc30\doors\icupd   or  c:\doors\icupd  or  c:\icupd

  12.   2.)  Copy the ICUPD160.ZIP to your new directory.
  13.  
  14.   3.)  Unzip ICUPD160.zip in its new directory
  15.  
  16.   4.)  Run ICSETUP.EXE.  This will prompt you for the config information.
  17.        When you are finished it will write a file called "DNICON.CFG".
  18.        This file MUST be in the same direct as ICONUPD.EXE!!!
  19.        Make sure you read all documentation if you have questions on what
  20.        ICSETUP ask you.

  22.   5.)  Go to your WildCat directory (i.e. c:\wc30 )  and creat a login1.bat
  23.        file to run IconUpDate.

  26.                 cd\doors\icupd
  27.                 iconupd
  28.                 cd\wc30
  29.                 exit  <-----see sysop.txt for more info on this!

  31.                                    Note:  You do NOT need the program
  32.                                           "RIPWA" for this door.

  34.   6.)  You can't run this door locally UNLESS you locally logon to you
  35.        Wildcat BBS.  You really should call it from another computer to
  36.        test it out, or have a friend call.
